CAB RIDE INFORMATION & POLICIES

(scheduled trains)

2006 SEASON

RATES:                                  (Includes Cab Ride, Blue Heron, and Museum)

Adults .............................................................           $ 30.00          

Children …………………………………………    $30.00                                                          

PAYMENT:                            A 25% deposit is required two weeks prior to the date of the trip to guarantee seating.  The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

RESERVATIONS:    Reservations need to be made at least two weeks in advance.  We ask that one person be designated as the group leader or contact person.  If your reservation is made less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date, we require the 25% deposit to be sent 2 day priority mail in order to hold the reservation date.  Cancellations must be made 5 working days prior to the reservation date.  Any cancellations or rescheduled trips within 5 days of originally scheduled trip are subject to loss of deposit.

POLICIES:                 No more than two people permitted during a scheduled trip.  Any child under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  (NO EXCEPTIONS)  Cab passengers must wear hearing protection.  Ear protection will be provided by BSFSRy.  Cab passengers must wear Cab Passenger Badge.  Cab passengers may keep badge as souvenir.  Cab Ride Passengers will follow instructions given by Engineer.  Cab Ride Passengers must remain seated while train in in motion.  No smoking permitted.
