Group Rates

Large groups are welcomed at BSFSR.  Whether you’re bring a motorcoach, church group, or school group we have special rate for you.  Group admission discounts for groups of 15 or more available with advance reservations. Please call for current rates.  Phone 800-462-5664.

Chartered Trips

If none of our scheduled trips meet your needs, BSFSR can possibly run an unscheduled departure or chartered trip for your group.  Call for availability and rates.

Individual

Individual - Advance ticket purchases are accepted "by phone" through 3 p.m. prior to date of departure. Ticket purchases via website may be available later than 3 p.m.  Payment is due in full upon purchase. Additional fees may apply.  Visa or MasterCard is accepted. All ticket sales are final. There are no cancellations for advance ticket purchases.

Groups of 15 or more

Reservations for groups of 15 or more. Standard reservation policies apply – 50% deposit two weeks prior, final count due three days prior to date of reservation, and balance due day of reservation. Cancellations within 5 days prior to date of reservation are subject to loss of deposit. Please call during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, eastern time zone.

"Coal Miner's Lunch" can be added to your ticket for $10.00.
This meal is packed in a souvenir bandanna and includes half turkey and half ham sandwich, slaw, apple sauce, dessert and drink to enjoy during the layover at Blue Heron. Coal Miner's Lunch offer good for advance reservations by phone only, April through October.
